- Coverage is for mechanical equipment service and covers mechanical and electrical components for any new equipment in proper working condition
- Warranty must be purchased within 10 months from the date of installation
- Up to 4 years of additional coverage available, to a maximum of 5 years total coverage from date of purchase. For example: a manufacturer's warranty that provides 1-3 years parts coverage and 1 year labour coverage may be elligible for years 4 & 5 parts coverage, and years 2-5 labour coverage.

- Coverage is available as an annual plan only, provided the unit is under 10 years of age in proper working condition
